Ingrédients
- 200 g macaronis
- 150 g Fromage cheddar
- 200 ml Milk
- 30 g beurre
- 30 g farine
- 30 g panure
- 1 TL sel
- 1/2 TL poivre
Préparation
- 1. Cook Makkaroni according to package instructions.
- 2. Melt Butter in a pot, then stir in Mehl.
- 3. Slowly add Milk and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- 4. Add Käse and stir until melted.
- 5. Fold the cooked Makkaroni into the cheese sauce.
- 6. Fill into a baking dish, sprinkle with Paniermehl and bake for about 10 minutes.
