🥗 Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl

Ingrédients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Quinoa
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Red bell pepper
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
- 5 g Garlic powder
Préparation
- 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions in salted water.
- 2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the chicken over medium heat for approx. 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and steam them for 4 minutes.
- 6. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the vegetables and chicken. Gently mix everything together.
- 7. Serve the bowl with the cooked quinoa and garnish with the remaining half lemon.
