  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions in salted water.
  2. 2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the chicken over medium heat for approx. 6 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and steam them for 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the vegetables and chicken. Gently mix everything together.
  7. 7. Serve the bowl with the cooked quinoa and garnish with the remaining half lemon.
