🍆 Autumn Tian with Polenta and Thyme

Ingrédients
- 200 g Eggplant
- 200 g Zucchini
- 300 g Pumpkin flesh
- 100 g Polenta semolina
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 40 g Olive oil
- 10 g Fresh thyme
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Préparation
- 1. Slice the eggplant, zucchini, and pumpkin into thin, even slices.
- 2. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a pot. Slowly stir in the polenta semolina and cook it while stirring until it becomes thick.
- 3. Spread the polenta into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- 4. Place the vegetable slices upright and alternating in rows on the polenta.
- 5. Brush the vegetables with olive oil, sprinkle thyme leaves and salt over them.
- 6. Bake the Tian at 180 degrees Celsius (fan mode) in the oven for 40 minutes.
- 7. Let the Tian rest for 5 minutes before serving.
