  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in the vegetable broth according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Wash the sweet potato, peel it, and cut it into small cubes. Toss them with half of the olive oil and half of the turmeric.
  3. 3. Drain and dry the chickpeas. Toss them with the remaining half of the olive oil and the remaining half of the turmeric.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sweet potatoes and chickpeas on it.
  5. 5. Roast the sweet potatoes and chickpeas in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  6. 6. Wash the broccoli and separate it into small florets. Steam the florets in a pot with a little water for 5 minutes until al dente.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the finished bowl and serve warm or cold.
