🍽️ Soupe à l'oignon au vin blanc

Ingrédients
- 1 kg oignons
- 50 g beurre
- 1 l bouillon de légumes
- 250 ml vin blanc sec
- noix de muscade
- thym (1 c. à thé frais ou 1/2 c. à thé sec)
- 1 pincée de cumin moulu
- 50 g fromage raclette (râpé)
- 1 botte de persil
- 4 tranches de baguette
- 2 gousses d'ail
- sel
- poivre (du moulin)
Préparation
- 1. Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the broth and wine, sprinkle in the nutmeg, thyme, and cumin, and let the soup simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- 2. Toast the bread slices and rub them with the peeled garlic clove. Crush the

- 4. pepper and fill into ovenproof soup bowls.
- 5. Place the bread slices on the soup, sprinkle with cheese, and place the bowls under the grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy the onion soup with white wine.
