🍽️ Crispy Zucchini Frittata

Ingrédients
- 400 g small zucchini (2 small zucchini)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 eggs
- 40 ml heavy cream (4 tbsp)
- 40 g parmesan
Préparation
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the zucchini under running water.
- 2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes or thin slices.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Rinse the thyme sprigs and pat them dry.
- 5. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 6. Combine the zucchini, garlic, and thyme in a bowl.
- 7. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
- 8. Fry the vegetable mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Whisk the eggs well with the cream in a separate bowl.
- 11. Season the egg and cream mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the zucchini in the pan.
- 13. Let the frittata set over low heat with the lid on for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 14. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely while waiting.
- 15. Support the frittata with a large plate and carefully flip it over in the pan.
- 16. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the frittata.
- 17. Bake the frittata covered for another 3 to 5 minutes.
