Ingrédients
- Paprika (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 0.5 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 Wheat tortillas (ready-made, refrigerated section)
- 80 g Gouda (grated)
Préparation
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the stem and seeds.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper halves into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the iceberg lettuce and dry it well.
- 5. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips as well.
- 6. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 8. Wash the chili and remove the seeds.
- 9. Slice the chili into thin rings.
- 10. Cut the turkey meat into small cubes.
- 11. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 12. Fry the turkey cubes briefly and vigorously on all sides.
- 13. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and chili to the pan.
- 14. Sauté the vegetables for about 8 minutes, stirring them frequently.
- 15. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 16. Heat the wheat tortillas in a large non-stick pan.
- 17. Turn the tortillas so that both sides get warm briefly.
- 18. Spread the turkey and vegetable mixture onto the tortillas.
- 19. Place the iceberg lettuce strips on top.
- 20. Sprinkle the cheese over the filling.
- 21. Roll the tortillas up tightly.
