Ingrédients
- 600 g Flaschentomate
- 4 Stiele Thymian
- 5 Knoblauchzehen
- 6 c. à soupe huile d'olive
- poivre
- sel
Préparation
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the tomato halves.
- 4. Wash the thyme sprigs.
- 5. Shake the thyme dry.
- 6. Chop the thyme coarsely.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 9. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
- 10. Fry the garlic for two minutes at medium heat until golden yellow.
- 11. Spread the remaining oil in a baking dish.
- 12. Place the tomatoes in the baking dish with the skin side down.
- 13. Sprinkle the roasted garlic over the tomatoes.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped thyme over the tomatoes.
- 15. Season everything with pepper and salt.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection 160 degrees or gas level 2 to 3).
- 17. Bake the tomatoes in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
