🍽️ Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Zucchini

Ingrédients
- 12 Shrimp (peeled)
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Rosemary needle (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 4 Skewers (soaked in water)
Préparation
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Shred the zucchini lengthwise into very thin strips.
- 3. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 4. Mix the pressed garlic with lemon juice, oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Add the shrimp and the zucchini strips to the marinade.
- 6. Let the vegetables and shrimp marinate for a short time.
- 7. Thread the shrimp and zucchini strips alternately onto the skewers.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes.
- 11. Turn the skewers once while grilling.
