Ingrédients
- 200 g chicken breast fillet (cut diagonally into slices)
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 tsp mild chili powder
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 tortilla flatbreads (wraps)
- 50 g baby spinach
- coriander (freshly chopped)
- 100 g yogurt
Préparation
- 1. Mix the chicken pieces with the lime juice, chili powder, and garlic.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it for a few minutes on both sides.
- 3. Roast the pepper strips in a non-stick pan without adding extra fat.
- 4. Warm the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package.
- 5. Distribute the chicken, spinach, and pepper strips in the center of the wraps.
- 6. Sprinkle with cilantro, drizzle with yogurt, and roll up the wraps. Then cut them in half.
