  1. 1. Peel the kiwis and remove the hard center.
  2. 2. Cut the pineapple into four lengthwise pieces and remove the hard core at the top.
  3. 3. Carefully separate the pineapple flesh from the hard skin.
  4. 4. Cut the kiwi and pineapple flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve them.
  6. 6. Put all the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
  7. 7. Pour four tablespoons of lime juice over the fruits and mix everything well.
  8. 8. Stir the remaining lime juice, the quark, and the maple syrup in a separate bowl until smooth.
  9. 9. Heat a pan and roast the almonds in it without additional fat.
  10. 10. Take three quarters of the roasted almonds and stir them into the quark.
  11. 11. Place a spoonful of quark on each pineapple quarter.
  12. 12. Generously distribute the remaining fruit salad over the quark.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining roasted almonds.
