🍝 Pizza Pasta Bake

Ingrédients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 250 g Mozzarella
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 50 g Dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Olive oil (for the dish)
- 50 g Parma ham (thin slices)
- 50 g Chorizo (thin slices)
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Fresh oregano (for garnish)
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- 3. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let it drain well.
- 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
- 5. Slice the mozzarella.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.
- 7. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- 8. Mix the drained pasta with the garlic, olive oil, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- 9. Take a portion of pasta and roll it into a small nest using a fork.
- 10. Place the pasta nests into the baking dish.
- 11. Roll up the Parma ham and chorizo slices.
- 12. Insert the rolled meat slices between the pasta nests in the dish.
- 13. Distribute the sun-dried tomato strips and mozzarella slices evenly over the bake.
- 14. Sprinkle fresh oregano over the bake.
- 15. Serve the bake directly from the dish.
