🍰 Juicy Peach Crumble Cake

Ingrédients
- 750 g peaches
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 50 g brown sugar
- 250 g flour
- 250 g ground almond kernels
- 250 g sugar
- 375 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 40 g almond slices (unblanched)
Préparation
- 1. Pour boiling water over the peaches.
- 2. Immediately shock them with cold water.
- 3. Peel off the skin.
- 4. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
- 5. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Mix the peach cubes with the lemon juice and brown sugar.
- 7. Put the flour, almonds, sugar, butter pieces, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl.
- 8. Process the ingredients with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until crumbly.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Set the oven to top and bottom heat.
- 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 12. Take about two-thirds of the crumble mixture.
- 13. Spread these crumbs evenly on the baking tray.
- 14. Press the layer flat.
- 15. Distribute the marinated peaches evenly on top.
- 16. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the cake.
- 17. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- 18. Remove the cake from the oven.
- 19. Let it cool down completely.
- 20. Sprinkle the cooled cake with sliced almonds.
- 21. Cut the cake into pieces.
- 22. Serve the pieces.
