🍳 Fruity Yogurt and Mango Parfait

Ingrédients
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 80 g oat flakes (coarse)
- 40 g raisins
- 2 tbsp chopped almond kernels
- 40 g spelt flakes
- 400 g yogurt (low-fat as desired)
Préparation
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Mix the mango cubes with the orange juice and the honey.
- 3. Combine the oat flakes with the raisins, the almonds, and the spelt flakes.
- 4. Fill about half of the yogurt into four glasses.
- 5. Add some mango cubes and a spoonful of the muesli mix on top of the yogurt.
- 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, the remaining mango, and the remaining muesli.
- 7. Finish the decoration with a layer of mango cubes on top.
- 8. Let the glasses sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
