🍽️ Matjes fillets on fried apple and onion vegetable mix

Ingrédients
- 50 g onions (1 onion)
- 1 sprig marjoram
- 2 tsp yogurt butter
- 150 g small red apples (1 small red apple)
- 150 g matjes fillets (2 matjes fillets)
- pepper
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cranberries (jar)
- 1 rye roll
Préparation
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 2. Cut the onion halves into very thin slices.
- 3. Wash the marjoram and shake it dry.
- 4. Strip the small leaves from the marjoram stem.
- 5. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 6. Fry the onions in it for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Wash the apple under running water.
- 8. Dry the apple with a cloth.
- 9. Cut the apple into four equal quarters.
- 10. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 11. Slice the apple quarters into thin slices.
- 12. Add the apple slices and the marjoram leaves to the onion in the pan.
- 13. Fry the vegetable mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- 14. Fry until the apple pieces are lightly browned.
- 15. Rinse the matjes fillets briefly under cold water.
- 16. Dry the matjes fillets with kitchen paper.
- 17. Season the apple and onion vegetable mix with some pepper.
- 18. Place the seasoned vegetable mix on the plate.
- 19. Place the matjes fillets on top of the vegetable mix.
- 20. Add cranberries as a side dish.
- 21. Serve the bread roll to eat with the dish.
