  2. 2. Cut the lamb meat into cubes.
  3. 3. Remove any visible fat from the meat while doing so.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and garlic.
  5. 5. Dice two of the onions.
  6. 6. Cut the last onion into wedges.
  7. 7. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
  8. 8. Fry the meat in it.
  9. 9. Wait until the released liquid has evaporated.
  10. 10. Continue frying until the meat has taken on color.
  11. 11. Salt and pepper the meat.
  12. 12. Peel the carrots.
  13. 13. Dice the carrots.
  14. 14. Trim the beans.
  15. 15. Wash the beans.
  16. 16. Add the diced onions to the meat as soon as it is browned.
  17. 17. Add the garlic.
  18. 18. Fry everything, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes.
