Ingrédients
- 1 grande oignon
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 2 c. à s. huile d'olive
- 600 g viande d'agneau
- 1 boîte (500 g) pois chiches
- 1 grande boîte tomates pelées
- sauge fraîche
- sel
- poivre moulu
- poudre de piment
Préparation
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Heat the oil in a casserole pot.
- 4. Sear the meat vigorously in the hot oil.
- 5. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the meat.
- 6. Sauté the onion and garlic briefly with the meat.
- 7. Reduce the heat to low.
- 8. Place the lid on the pot.
- 9. Let the meat cook for approx. 30 minutes.
- 10. Drain the chickpeas.
- 11. Add the chickpeas to the meat.
- 12. Add the tomatoes to the pot.
- 13. Add the sage leaves to the pot.
- 14. Simmer the mixture for approx. 10 to 15 minutes.
- 15. Season the dish generously with salt.
- 16. Season the dish generously with pepper.
- 17. Add some chili powder.
