  6. 6. Simmer the mixture for another three minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the rice, parsley, and fish cubes.
  8. 8. Gently heat everything while stirring.
  9. 9. Season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Peel the boiled eggs and cut each into four wedges.
  11. 11. Divide the kedgeree onto plates.
  12. 12. Decorate each portion with six egg wedges and serve.
