  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut them into pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the core, and cut them into pieces.
  6. 6. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  7. 7. Cut the onions into thin strips.
  8. 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  10. 10. Season the rabbit pieces with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Fry the rabbit in hot oil in a casserole dish until golden brown on all sides.
  12. 12. Deglaze the meat with wine.
  13. 13. Distribute the prepared vegetables around the meat in the casserole dish.
  14. 14. Season the dish again with salt and pepper.
