🍽️ Pan-seared Scallops with Mushrooms

Ingrédients
- 400 g Porcini mushrooms
- 40 g chives
- 30 g dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 40 g sesame seeds (black and white)
- 120 ml vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 scallops (ready for cooking)
Préparation
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and slice them into fine rings.
- 3. Drain the tomatoes and cut them into thin strips.
- 4. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan.
- 5. Fry the mushrooms over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Add the tomato strips and sesame seeds to the pan and sauté them briefly.
- 7. Pour in the broth and stir in the chives.
- 8. Let the mixture simmer over low heat.
- 9. Season the mushroom mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
- 12. Heat the remaining oil in a separate pan.
- 13. Fry the scallops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 14. Place the fried scallops on top of the mushroom mixture and serve the dish.
