  2. 2. Fill a second shallow plate with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Whisk the eggs loosely in a third deep bowl with a fork.
  4. 4. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
  5. 5. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
  6. 6. Cut each fillet into 3 to 4 equal-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Season the meat pieces with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. First coat a piece of meat in the flour.
  9. 9. Dip the floured piece into the beaten eggs.
  10. 10. Coat the egg-covered piece in the breadcrumbs.
  11. 11. Press the breadcrumbs on very gently so they stick.
  12. 12. Gently shake off any excess breadcrumbs.
  13. 13. Repeat the breading process for all meat pieces.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a frying pan to a depth of about 1 cm.
  15. 15. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown over medium heat.
