Ingrédients
- 40 ml sirop de sureau
- 20 ml jus de citron
- 40 ml vin blanc sec et froid
- Champagne
- cubes de glace
Préparation
- 1. Add elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and wine to a glass.
- 2. Add a few ice cubes.
- 3. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.
- 4. Get a pre-chilled glass ready.
- 5. Strain the mixture through a sieve into the pre-chilled glass.
- 6. Carefully top up the glass with sparkling wine (Sekt).
