🍽️ Crispy Herb Chicken Nuggets

Ingrédients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g. parsley and thyme)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Préparation
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast into even strips.
- 4. Season the meat strips with salt and pepper.
- 5. Lightly coat the chicken pieces in flour.
- 6. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 7. Dip the floured chicken strips through the whisked eggs.
- 8. Mix the panko breadcrumbs with the herbs in a shallow dish.
- 9. Coat the egg-dipped chicken pieces in the herb panko mixture.
- 10. Heat oil in a pan until it is hot.
- 11. Fry the nuggets in batches in the hot oil.
- 12. Fry the nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 13. Place the finished nuggets on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
- 14. Serve the chicken nuggets hot.
