Ingrédients
- 2 rolls (from the day before)
- 750 g minced meat (from pork)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 60 g green olives (pitted)
- 60 g walnut kernels
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- green olive (for garnish)
Préparation
- 1. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water.
- 2. Squeeze the soaked bread well to remove excess water.
- 3. Knead the squeezed bread into the minced meat until well combined.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Dice the garlic finely.
- 6. Chop the olives coarsely.
- 7. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 8. Add the chopped olives, garlic, walnuts, and egg to the meat mixture.
- 9. Season the mixture with mustard, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Shape the meat mixture into small balls.
- 11. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- 12. Fry the meatballs for 8 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 13. Serve the finished meatballs in small bowls.
- 14. Garnish the balls with green olives.
