🥗 Fresh Green Salad with Fruit

Ingrédients
- 1 onion
- 2 nectarines
- 2 red-skinned apples
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g mixed leaf salad
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
Préparation
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the fruit and remove any stems or leaves.
- 3. Cut the nectarines into quarters, remove the pits, and slice them into thin wedges.
- 4. Quarter the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly lengthwise.
- 5. Place the fruit in a bowl immediately and toss it with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 6. Wash the salad greens, remove any tough stems, and spin them dry.
- 7. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Whisk the remaining lemon juice with the oil to make the dressing.
- 9. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 10. Combine the fruit, onions, and salad in a large bowl.
- 11. Divide the salad among plates.
- 12. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
