🥤 Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingrédients
- 4 dried dates (pitted)
- 50 g young kale leaves
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- 2 kiwis
- 2 bottles Yakult (Original)
- 200 ml oat drink or milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 handful raspberries (fresh or thawed)
- 60 g nut granola (ready-made, unsweetened)
Préparation
- 1. Place the dates in a bowl with hot water for 5 minutes.
- 2. Wash the kale thoroughly. Tear the leaves into small pieces and remove the tough stems if necessary.
- 3. Peel the bananas. Roughly chop one banana. Slice the other banana, drizzle with lemon juice, and set aside.
- 4. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the kiwis and slice them. Set one kiwi slice aside. Remove the dates from the water, pat them dry, and chop them finely.
- 6. Put the dates, kale, roughly chopped banana, one kiwi, avocado, Yakult, and oat drink into a blender. Puree everything into a smooth smoothie.
- 7. Wash the raspberries and pat them dry. Divide the smoothie between two bowls. Garnish with the raspberries, banana slices, and kiwi. Sprinkle with granola and serve.
