  3. 3. Add the almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, and walnuts to the bowl.

  5. 5. Put the coconut oil, syrup, and cocoa powder into a small saucepan.
  6. 6. Warm the mixture over low heat until it is liquid.
  7. 7. Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and nuts.
  8. 8. Stir everything until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  9. 9. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees or gas mark 2-3).
  11. 11. Bake the granola in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  12. 12. Take the tray out occasionally and turn the mixture several times with a wooden spoon.
  13. 13. Let the granola cool down completely after baking.
  14. 14. Store the finished granola in an airtight container.
  15. 15. The granola will keep for about one week.
