Ingrédients
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 2 cooked chicken breast fillets
- 1 apple
- 100 g raspberries
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- salt
- chili powder
Préparation
- 1. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, dry them well, and arrange them attractively on a plate.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Remove the raspberries from their stems.
- 3. Whisk mayonnaise, cream, and ketchup together in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and chili powder, and adjust the spices to your taste.
- 4. Mix the lettuce with the chicken and apple. Place the mixture on the prepared lettuce leaves and drizzle the dressing over it.
