Ingrédients
- 18 Shrimp (peeled)
- 6 Bell peppers (2 each red, yellow, and green)
- 1 large Onion
- 1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Lemons
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Préparation
- 1. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper.
- 2. Cut the bell pepper into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Cut the onion in half across the equator.
- 4. Divide each onion half into four long wedges.
- 5. Separate the onion rings into individual layers.
- 6. Slice the lemon into round slices.
- 7. Squeeze the remaining half of the lemon to extract juice.
- 8. Mix the chopped parsley with the oil.
- 9. Add the lemon juice to the oil and parsley mixture.
- 10. Season the marinade with salt.
- 11. Season the marinade with pepper.
- 12. Thread three shrimp onto one skewer.
- 13. Place a half lemon slice at the end of the skewer.
- 14. Repeat this for all skewers.
- 15. Thread pieces of pepper and onion alternately onto the skewers.
- 16. Ensure a colorful mix of ingredients.
- 17. Brush the skewers with the herb oil mixture.
- 18. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 19. Grill the skewers until they are cooked through.
- 20. Brush the skewers repeatedly while grilling.
