🍽️ Cream Cheese Toasts with Crispy Radishes

Ingrédients
- 4 radishes
- 1 tsp sesame (5 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- 20 g watercress (2 handfuls)
- 4 slices spelt bread (50 g each)
- 250 g cream cheese (homemade if you like)
- 1 tsp dried black garlic (alternatively: black cumin seeds)
Préparation
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems and the tough root ends of the radishes.
- 3. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine rounds.
- 4. Place the radish slices into a small bowl.
- 5. Add a pinch of sesame seeds.
- 6. Drizzle some oil over them.
- 7. Season the mixture with a pinch of black pepper.
- 8. Mix everything well so that the radishes are evenly seasoned.
- 9. Rinse the watercress under cold water.
- 10. Shake the watercress dry to remove excess water.
- 11. Take the bread slices.
- 12. Spread cream cheese evenly over each bread slice.
- 13. Place the marinated radish slices on top of the cheese layer.
- 14. Distribute the dry watercress leaves on top.
- 15. Spread the black garlic over the toppings.
- 16. Serve the toasts immediately.
