  1. 1. Stir the yeast into 200 milliliters of lukewarm water in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Add the flour and salt to a large bowl and mix them together.
  3. 3. Pour the yeast-water mixture and the olive oil over the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  5. 5. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it is too dry, add a little water.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and knead the dough there briefly again.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  9. 9. Roll each piece into a round flatbread.
  10. 10. Place the flatbreads on a greased baking sheet.
  11. 11. Cover the flatbreads and let them rise again for 15 minutes.
