  1. 1. Put the mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato paste, a pinch of salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or fork until the sauce is smooth and uniform.
  3. 3. Taste the sauce and add more salt or lemon juice for acidity if needed.
  4. 4. Set the finished sauce aside to cool down.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and cut it into four equal pieces.
  6. 6. Cut the onion pieces into very thin strips.
  7. 7. Rinse the tomato under running water.
  8. 8. Cut off the hard stem area at the top of the tomato.
  9. 9. Slice the flesh of the tomato into thick rounds.
  10. 10. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  11. 11. Shake the lettuce dry so that no water remains on it.
  12. 12. Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips.
  13. 13. Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat.
  14. 14. Place the fish sticks in the hot pan.
  15. 15. Fry the fish sticks for about 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  16. 16. Turn the fish sticks occasionally while frying so they cook evenly.

  22. 22. Place two fried fish sticks on the lettuce.
  23. 23. Place a thick tomato slice as the top layer on the fish sticks.
  24. 24. Place the top half of the bun on the burgers.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the remaining fresh onions over the finished burgers.
  26. 26. Grind some fresh pepper over them.
  27. 27. Garnish the burgers with fresh parsley if desired.
  28. 28. Serve the burgers immediately and enjoy them.
