🍽️ Golden Fish and Broccoli Casserole

Ingrédients
- Vegetable oil (for the baking dish)
- 800 g broccoli florets
- Salt
- 600 g cod fillet
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 60 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3 eggs
- Pepper (from the mill)
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Set the heating function to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a baking dish. Brush the dish lightly with oil.
- 3. Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water.
- 4. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for about 2 minutes. This brief cooking in boiling water is called blanching.
- 5. Rinse the broccoli immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 6. Let the broccoli drain well.
- 7. Rinse the cod under cold water.
- 8. Pat the cod dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the cod into small cubes.
- 10. Place the fish, broccoli, and parsley into the prepared baking dish.
- 11. Peel the garlic clove.
- 12. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 13. Take a bowl.
- 14. Whisk the cream, milk, crème fraîche, grated cheese, garlic, curry powder, and eggs in the bowl until well combined.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 16. Pour the sauce evenly over the fish and broccoli in the dish.
- 17. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 18. Bake the casserole for about 25 minutes.
- 19. Remove the casserole when it is nicely golden brown.
