  7. 7. Rinse the cod under cold water.
  8. 8. Pat the cod dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the cod into small cubes.
  10. 10. Place the fish, broccoli, and parsley into the prepared baking dish.

  12. 12. Chop the garlic very finely.
