🍽️ Colorful Millet Vegetable Stew

Ingrédients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 onion
- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch anise seeds
- 125 g millet
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh chervil leaves
Préparation
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and broccoli.
- 2. Divide the vegetables into small florets.
- 3. Peel the kohlrabi.
- 4. Peel the onion.
- 5. Cut the kohlrabi and onion into small cubes.
- 6. Rub the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
- 7. Heat the oil in a pot.
- 8. Brown the chicken all around.
- 9. Remove the meat from the pot.
- 10. Sauté the onion cubes in the frying fat until translucent.
- 11. Add cumin and anise seeds.
- 12. Add the millet.
- 13. Pour in vegetable broth.
- 14. Let everything cook for about 30 minutes.
- 15. After 20 minutes, add the vegetables to the broth.
- 16. Add the chicken breast to the broth.
- 17. Let everything simmer gently.
- 18. Wash the tomatoes.
- 19. Remove the stem area of the tomatoes.
- 20. Dice the tomato flesh.
- 21. Stir the diced tomatoes into the soup at the end.
- 22. Remove the chicken breast fillets.
- 23. Slice the meat.
- 24. Distribute the meat on the soup plates.
- 25. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
- 26. Fill the plates with the soup.
- 27. Sprinkle the soup with chervil leaves.
- 28. Serve the soup.
