🍽️ Watercress Salad with Oranges, Grapefruit and Blue Cheese

Ingrédients
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 tsp honey
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 handfuls watercress
- 150 g blue cheese (e.g. Roquefort)
- pink pepper (for garnishing)
Préparation
- 1. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit carefully and remove the segments gently. Catch the juice that comes out and squeeze the remaining juice from the peels. Whisk the juice with the honey and the oil and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 2. Rinse the watercress (a type of peppery cress), remove damaged leaves and let it drain well. Arrange the fruit segments and the crumbled cheese on the plates and drizzle everything with the dressing. Sprinkle the salad with pink pepper and serve.
- 3. Serve with fresh bread if desired.
