  5. 5. Peel the shallot and dice it into small cubes.
  6. 6. Cut the bacon into small cubes as well.
  7. 7. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the shallots and bacon briefly.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parsley and thyme.
  9. 9. Add the egg mixture to the soaked bread mass.
