🍽️ Bagel with Smoked Salmon Cream

Ingrédients
- 250 g Smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Horseradish (jar)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Bagels
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Dill (chopped for garnish)
Préparation
- 1. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Add the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and horseradish, then blend the mixture until smooth using a hand blender. Season the cream with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Slice the bagels in half and spread the salmon cream onto the cut sides. Place the tops back on the bagels and serve garnished with fresh dill.
