🍽️ Oatmeal with Applesauce

Ingrédients
- 100 g small apples (1 small apple)
- 20 g fine oat flakes (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Préparation
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly, peel it, and pat it dry. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Place the apple cubes with three tablespoons of water in a small pot. Cook them covered over medium heat for about five minutes until soft.
- 3. Meanwhile, put the oat flakes in a small bowl. Stir in the apple juice and let the mixture soak for a short time.
- 4. Mash the cooked apple with a fork. Stir the oil and the mashed apple into the oat flakes.
- 5. Add enough boiling water so that the porridge has a spoonable consistency. Let it cool down slightly before feeding.
