🍲 Creamy Chicken Spinach Pan

Ingrédients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 150 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Préparation
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Fry the chicken cubes until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 4. Add the washed and dried spinach to the same pan and wilt it for 2 minutes.
- 5. Press the garlic cloves directly into the pan and stir for 30 seconds.
- 6. Pour the cream into the pan, add paprika powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until the sauce simmers slightly.
- 7. Return the chicken breast to the pan, mix it with the sauce, and heat it for 1 minute until warmed through.
