Ingrédients
- 9 sheets rice paper
- 1 pkg. cheese (- sticks (approx. 1 - 1.5 cm thick))
- 2 egg(s) (beaten)
- some panko (or cornflakes, unsweetened)
Préparation
- 1. Dip one sheet of rice paper into water briefly until it becomes pliable.
- 2. Place a cheese stick onto the moistened rice paper.
- 3. Tightly wrap the rice paper around the cheese stick.
- 4. Dip the wrapped roll briefly into the beaten egg mixture.
- 5. Roll the item in panko breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes until fully coated.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 7. Cook the cheese sticks at 200 °C for 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
