  7. 7. Turn the stove to the highest setting and add the ground beef.
  8. 8. Brown the meat until it changes color.
  9. 9. Add about three tablespoons of water to the pan.
  10. 10. Make sure the pan is very hot so that the liquid evaporates quickly.
  11. 11. Stir the meat mixture constantly for five to ten minutes.
  12. 12. If the meat sticks to the bottom, add a little more water.
