🍽️ Quick Ground Beef Tacos

Ingrédients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 500 g ground beef (lean)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- 12 small taco shells
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce ((large leaves), chopped)
- 190 g cheddar cheese (grated)
- 100 g salsa (tomato salsa)
Préparation
- 1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Pour some oil into a large pan and heat it up.
- 3. Chop the onions finely and sauté them over low heat until soft, but do not let them brown.
- 4. Add the minced garlic and fry it together for one minute.
- 5. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, paprika powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, sugar, and one teaspoon of salt.
- 6. Let the spice mixture simmer over medium heat for three to four minutes.
- 7. Turn the stove to the highest setting and add the ground beef.
- 8. Brown the meat until it changes color.
- 9. Add about three tablespoons of water to the pan.
- 10. Make sure the pan is very hot so that the liquid evaporates quickly.
- 11. Stir the meat mixture constantly for five to ten minutes.
- 12. If the meat sticks to the bottom, add a little more water.
- 13. Place the taco shells in the hot oven.
- 14. Warm the shells in the oven for five minutes.
- 15. Place the meat, taco shells, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, and tomato salsa on the table.
- 16. Let each guest fill their tacos themselves.
