🍄 Wild Mushroom Quiche with Bacon

Ingrédients
- 1 Rolle (ca. 250 g) Puff pastry (thawed)
- 200 g Mixed mushrooms (e.g., button, shiitake)
- 100 g Bacon cubes (streaky)
- 1 große Onions (yellow)
- 4 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 200 ml Heavy cream (min. 20% fat)
- 50 g Emmentaler (grated)
- 10 g Butter
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C conventional heat.
- 2. Place the puff pastry in a 26 cm springform pan and prick the base several times with a fork.
- 3. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 5. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy and remove them from the pan.
- 6. Melt the butter in the same pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
- 7. Add the mushrooms and fry until they have changed color.
- 8. Whisk the eggs and mix well with the cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 9. Layer the mushroom mixture, bacon, and cheese on the pastry.
- 10. Pour the egg-cream mixture carefully over the filling.
- 11. Bake the quiche for 35 minutes in the oven until the center is set.
