  1. 1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions in salted water. Let it cool down.
  2. 2. Press the water out of the tofu, cut it into 2 cm cubes, and fry it in 10 ml of sesame oil in a pan until golden brown. Remove it from the pan.
  3. 3. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
  4. 4. Steam the broccoli and bell peppers in the same pan with a little water for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon (optional), the grated ginger, the chopped garlic, chili flakes, and 100 ml of water into a smooth sauce.
  6. 6. Put the rice, vegetables, and tofu into 4 storage containers. Put the peanut sauce in separate small containers or directly on top, depending on preference.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the bowls with sesame seeds before serving.
