  4. 4. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and the grated zest of two limes for about 5 minutes until light and creamy.
  5. 5. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gently fold it into the egg yolk mixture.
  6. 6. Gently fold the stiffly whipped egg whites into the batter.
  7. 7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 25 minutes until golden yellow.
  8. 8. Let the cake cool completely.
  9. 9. Whip the heavy cream into whipped cream.
