🍽️ Crispy Feta from the Air Fryer

Ingredientes
- 200 g Feta
- 1 pcs Egg
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Paprika Powder
- ½ tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Preparación
- 1. Cut the block of feta cheese into two or four equal cubes.
- 2. Place the flour in a small bowl and season it to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 3. Whisk the egg in a second bowl until it is uniform.
- 4. Mix the breadcrumbs with the oregano in a third bowl.
- 5. Roll the feta cubes first in the flour mixture.
- 6. Dip the floured feta pieces into the whisked egg.
- 7. Cover the feta pieces all over with the breadcrumb and oregano mixture.
- 8. Repeat the process with the egg and breadcrumbs if you want a particularly thick and crispy crust.
- 9. Place the breaded feta pieces into the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Lightly spray the feta pieces with olive oil or brush them with it.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the feta pieces inside for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 12. Turn the feta pieces once halfway through the cooking time.
- 13. Remove the feta when the breading is golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Enjoy the feta immediately plain, with honey, fresh herbs, or a yogurt dip.
