🧁 Clafoutis de vainilla con trozos de chocolate

Ingredientes
- 3 Stück Eggs (size M)
- 80 g sugar
- 250 ml whole milk
- 100 g wheat flour (type 405)
- 20 g butter (for greasing)
- 60 g chocolate chips
- 1 Teelöffel vanilla extract
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- 2. Grease a shallow baking dish (approx. 20x20 cm) with the butter.
- 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl with a whisk until the mixture is light and creamy.
- 4. Stir the milk and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- 5. Sift the flour over it and whisk until smooth, so no lumps remain.
- 6. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared dish and distribute the chocolate chips evenly on top.
- 7. Pour the remaining batter over it.
- 8. Bake the clafoutis for 30 to 35 minutes in the oven until golden brown and barely jiggling in the center.
- 9. Let the dessert cool for 10 minutes before serving it.
