🥧 Spinach Feta Egg Muffins

Ingredientes
- 8 Stück Eggs (size M)
- 100 g Light cream cheese
- 100 g Feta cheese (in brine)
- 150 g Frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 50 g Onion (finely diced)
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
- 3. Add the drained spinach to the pan and heat it briefly.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 5. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and mix with the cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Gently fold the onion-spinach mixture and feta into the egg mixture.
- 7. Fill the mixture into a muffin tin with 12 cups.
- 8. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes in the oven until set.
- 9. Let the muffins cool in the tin before removing them.
