🥢 Spicy Sesame Tofu Bowl with Rice

Ingredientes
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 2 Stück Carrot
- 40 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Sesame oil
- 1 Teelöffel Chili flakes
- 20 g Sesame seeds
Preparación
- 1. Rinse the rice and cook it in water according to the package instructions.
- 2. Press the water out of the tofu and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a bowl. Toss the tofu cubes in it until completely coated.
- 4. Fry the tofu cubes in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until crispy on all sides.
- 5. Peel the cucumber and carrot and cut them into thin strips or slices.
- 6. Distribute the rice into the meal-prep containers. Top with the crispy tofu, cucumber, and carrot.
- 7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the bowls and close the lids for storage.
