- 400g Lamb meat
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 30g Cilantro
- 200ml Beer
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Carrot
- nach Geschmack Salt
Preparación
- 1. Cut the lamb meat into cubes and brown them.
- 2. Chop the onion, garlic, and carrot and add them.
- 3. Add the beer and diced tomato.
- 4. Roughly chop the cilantro and add it.
- 5. Season with salt and simmer for 90 minutes.
