Ingredientes
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 1 onion
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 100 ml white wine
- 50 g Parmesano
- 20 g butter
- 1 Prise saffron
- 1 EL parsley
Preparación
- 1. Dice the onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
- 2. Add the rice and toast briefly.
- 3. Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce.
- 4. Add the broth gradually and stir until the rice is creamy.
- 5. Add the saffron and mix well.
- 6. Stir in the Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
